Important question

 There's always a question in the back of my mind that lurks.. it's "If I were a dessert what would I be" 

For me it's easy I would be my favourite dessert!! A Strawberry cheesecake cookie. It mixes cookies and cheesecake a perfect combo. If made correctly, it's perfect with a sweet and tangy taste on the outside and a very creamy inside making an equal balance! It's obviously not for everyone, only those who fully learn the techniques and have an open heart can truly love this~ I say truly because one can simply enjoy it but those who know the process truly enjoys it most~

L, Focaccia. It takes a while to rise- patience is definitely an ingredient. But once complete, you may enjoy it in different ways. But it's also nice and simple. Great for many different occasions  

D, Macarons, whimsical, fun with all the assorted colours and flavours you can make~ But at times difficult to understand, which make them all the more intriguing. In the process of learning to making macarons, it's difficult in the way one may overthink the steps but rather it's not that difficult. But rather an enjoyable process.

M, Burnt Basque cheesecake. Mysterious (to me at least), elegant in the way it's eaten and also simple. Although, there's many ways to enjoy a Burnt Baque Cheesecake, the cheesecake is simple and direct, which is something I appreciate about this dessert. There are many flavour combos to try with the dessert to which it makes it mysterious but also intriguing.

Z, Mango crepe cake with a zesty sorbet (Very specific, I know but bear with me and ironically you don't like lemons haha) Crepes are simple, but put together the layers, the flavour is full and sweet. With a zesty sorbet, it's refreshing with brand new ideas for flavour profiles, it brings a fun new twist at any table!

P, Lemon meringue pie (once again please bear with me), A lemon meringue pie is simple but complex at the same time, there's many steps to making one, however the end result is highly enjoyable. As there's a bright, invigorating taste that keeps you around~ 

 These may be a tad inaccurate, but I guess debate with the wall, jk. I wanna know if y'all agree!
